Position Summary:
2 years ICU experience in an acute care setting.
CCU (Cardiac ICU): Candidates need to have a strong background in cardiac procedures, mostly interventions from the cath lab, STEMIs, and postcode patients.
There may be patients post Interventional radiology procedures.
Medical and/or Surgical ICU patients can be placed in this unit if no other ICU beds are available. Additional Questions: Are you comfortable with Critical care drips, balloon pumps, CRRT, FlowTrac, Eco’s pts? Are you willing to work without calling out?
