Duration- 13 weeks
Shift time- Day/Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15), EOW and Holiday as needed.

Job Description-

• Perform frequent neurological assessments using tools like the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS).
• Monitor intracranial pressure (ICP), cerebral perfusion, and neurological status.
• Recognize early signs of neurological deterioration and intervene promptly.
• Administer medications, including sedatives, anticoagulants, and seizure management drugs.
• Manage ventilators, ICP monitoring devices, and other specialized neuro-critical care equipment.
• Assist with procedures such as lumbar punctures, ventriculostomies, and intubation.
• Implement seizure precautions and stroke protocols, ensuring timely interventions.

• *Must have Neuroscience ICU background, strong experience in EVD, ICP, angiogram post care, CRRT, carotid, embolization's.

• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years Neuro ICU
• CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• EPIC exp required
• RTO: MAX 7 days
• WEEKENDS: EOW
• CALL REQUIREMENTS: n/a
• HOLIDAYS: as needed
• FLOATING: may be asked to float to other ICU's if needed
