- Active IL RN License
- Minimum Experience: 2 years, strong telemetry skills/ICU Skills
- NO NEW TRAVELERS - at least one completed contract required
- Schedule Information
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 3/10(bi-weekly orientation)
- Guaranteed Hours: 72hrs biweekly – 1 cancellation allowed per 2-week period
- Shift Requirements: 12 Hour Nights (7p-7:30a) every other weekend & holiday rotation - NO BLOCK SCHEDULE REQUESTS
- Float Requirements: May float to Tele or ED; Could be tasked as an aide if help is needed in this area.
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
- Unit Specific Information
- ICU with possible mix population of LTAC: 1:2/3, 12 beds. Tele: 1:5, 24 beds.
- Scrub Colors: Royal Blue
- Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates

- **Auto Offer Unit**
- COVID Vaccine Requirements: COVID Vaccination is required unless medical/religious declination is applicable. Declination must be approved by committee prior to start date.
- GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. 12 hours non-billable orientation.
