RN – Case Manager Registered Nurse - Health Advocates Network is urgently hiring Case Manager RNs with at least 8 years of recent experience!

• Travel packages up to $2791 weekly
• Shift: 8 hour DAY shifts available
• 13 week contracts available

Requirements:

• Active CO State Registered Nurse License
• Valid BLS
• Proficient in Meditech and Meditech Reports, Microsoft Office. Current working knowledge of Rules/Regulations CMS (CoPs), ORYX Core Measures, and accreditation bodies (TJC & HFAP) preferred. Case Management experience including utilization review and discharge planning preferred.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• Additional certifications may be required
