A Day in the Life - Curtis - Registered Nurse ( Show Contact Details ) As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. EMR - EPIC OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x NBO: 8 hrs OT billing: --- if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs --- if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs Illinois State Agency license MUST be uploaded with each profile. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL Dept. of Labor. May be asked to float across all campuses: Bettendorf, Moline, Muscatine, TRI. MUST be willing and able to float IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.
