-Shift: Night shifts, no straight days, includes two shifts, and every other weekend and holiday. -Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required in Critical Care (Trauma, Stroke, Cardiac, General Medicine). -Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale required. -Location: No local candidates within 75 miles of the facility. -Floating: Expected to float between units. -Shift Flexibility: Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13-week contracts; up to 2 shifts for shorter contracts.
