- IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour
- Local rate rule: No Indiana residents accepted
- First Time Travelers Accepted
- Shift Requirements: 3x12s ONLY, 16 week contract, 5p-5a
- Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend every 3 weeks
- Float Required: May be asked to float to MS if needed
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years
- Staffing Ratios: 1:2
- Unit Information: Sepsis, DKA, Respiratory Failure, COPD, Arterial fibrillation, NSTEMI - without intervention, Acute mental status changes, Hypertensive Emergencies
- Job Requirements
- IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT
- Skillset Requirements: Interpretation/Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, GI surgery, Accessing ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Procedural Sedation Admin, Titrate Cardiac Drips. Titrate Vasoactive drips, Assist w/ management of BiPAP and CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, HFNC, Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning, Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds w drains/Wound Vac

- Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
- Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule.
