Job Location: San Diego, CA 92123 Description: Pending State License accepted: Yes if we have an ETA from licensing of when it will post Start date: 4/28 ONLY Shift: 3x12 variable or straight nights Years of experience REQ: 2 years NICU level 4 Weekend REQ: Yes, must be available to work weekends with full flexibility to be scheduled when needed (no specific weekend requirement) National Certs REQ: BLS, Advanced NRP, PALS preferred Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: 6 days RTO max Guaranteed Hours: Hours are guaranteed after the call off policy has been met Special Requirements: • CA License • Cardiac experience • 2 years of recent Level 4 experience • Will consider strong Level 3 RN if they come from a Level 3 NICU that performs surgeries on newborns • Will consider strong 1st time traveler • BLS • Advanced NRP • Willing to float between units (PICU & CVICU) and NICU satellite campuses (Rancho Springs, Palomar, Scripps Encinitas, Scripps La Jolla, and Scripps Mercy) • Must have own transportation • Experience in: Oscillator, conventional ventilator, CPAP, Nasal Cannula specialty gases, PICC lines, Broviacs, UAC UVC PAL lines, trachs, ostomies, and G-Tubes. Must be comfortable with line changes that have multiple drips, pre and post op care. • Flu shot during flu season Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $ 2,260.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 720.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 1,540.00 Per Week
