Job Details:

• Pay: $ per week (to be updated)

• Positions Open: 1

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: Variable

• 36 hours weekly guarantee

• This position completes both evaluation and treatment as well as supervision of support staff (COTA)

• This position works closely with the multidisciplinary team including co-treatment if indicated

• Outpatient Occupational Therapist for pediatrics and Neuro patient population

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted OH License

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• Must have at least 2 years experience

• Must be able to provide 3 supervisory reference
