Occupational Therapist Start Date: Every other week on Mondays (once fully cleared). Shift (hours & time of day): M-F 730-4 or 7-330 with 30 minute lunch. Ratios: 8 treatments/day. Years of experience REQ: 1 year of experience. First-timers accepted. Certs Required: BLS. Weekend REQ:1 Saturday per month for 4 hours. Can be anytime you would like. No Call Requirement. Pending State License accepted.
