The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions.   • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs.
  • Utilize various physical therapy techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to manage conditions.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, modalities, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
