Free-standing Outpatient Clinic seeking Physical Therapist coverage for 3 months. The ideal start date is 1/20. Schedule will be Monday - Friday, and 36 hours are guaranteed per week. Candidates must have have post-grad outpatient experience to be considered. Must have an Indiana state license. • Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Post-grad outpatient experience required
• 2+ years' experience preferred
• 12-14 patients per day, mostly adult sports medicine
• Indiana state license required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
