Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Pediatrics Location: 848 Adams Ave, Memphis, TN 38103 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Pediatrics to join our Respiratory Therapy team. This role is based at a Children’s Hospital with a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and requires expertise in pediatric respiratory care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for pediatric patients with breathing disorders or other cardiopulmonary conditions. Key Responsibilities: • Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. • Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history, performing diagnostic tests, and monitoring progress. • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, mechanical ventilation, and other respiratory treatments. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. • Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and proper equipment usage. • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: • Minimum Experience: 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience required. • Education & Certification: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). • Licensure: Tennessee license required at the time of submission. • First-Time Travelers: Not accepted. • Block Schedule: Not accommodated; weekend block may be considered. • Weekend Requirement: As needed. • Local Applicants: Not accepted (must reside at least 100 miles from the facility). • Pending License: Not accepted (must comply with NLC guidelines). Pay Package: Weekly Gross: $2,120.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $720.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,400.00 Per Week
