Physical Therapist travelers needed for outpatient neuro setting in North Haven, CT!



17 week assignment

40 hours per week



Shift: Monday through Friday; Five 8-hour days; Operation hours Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm; Friday 7am-5pm; Will be a combination of early and late days.

Hours/week: 40

Required certifications: CT PT license



# of patients per day: 11.5/day or 58 patients for 40 hour week, typically

EMR: Meditech Expanse

Outpatient background preferred





Job duties/floating/responsibilities:

• Utilizing a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status.

• Devising and implementing appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency.

• Regularly re-assessing the efficacy of treatment plans.

• Providing appropriate education to patients and their families.

• Progressing patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.
