Schedule Notes: Mon-Fri - On Call- None [1 weekend per Smart Square scheduling period (1 per 4 weeks)]
Description:
The ideal candidate will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function.
This role requires strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Qualifications:
Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Licensing/Certification:
Active Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred) Experience:
Must have Acute Care experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
