Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, receiving applicable degree in physical therapy study with a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree or equivalent. Certified home health experience along with OASIS experience Previous experience in an approved medical facility. Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate Degree with previous physical therapy experience in a hospital based setting. License/Certification: Possession of a current license or eligibility to be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York. CPR certification
