Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later. Hep B titers will NOT be accepted. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded into Trinity VMS

9 Panel completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days of start. Must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature. Must include the following: Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, 6- Monoacetylmorphine, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, and Methadone. (NO THC)
