    Certification Details
  • BLS
  • State Licensure
    Job Details
  • Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.
  • Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.
  • Follow standards of safe radiation practice.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and act as a clinical resource to students and staff technologists.
    Job Requirements
  • Previous Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.
  • One year post certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers.
    Schedule Information
  • Ability to provide on-call coverage outside of standard scheduled hours per department and/or facility policy.
    Unit Specific Information
  • May assist in the clinical and/or didactic education of student radiographers and other health care professionals.
    Additional Details
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging to include Surgery and Trauma as required.
  • Float Requirements: Floating may be required to any CommonSpirit location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location.
