WA LICENSE REQUIRED TO APPLY MUST HAVE NICU, MANAGER WAIVING PICU EXP REQUIRMENT FOR THIS ONE LOCALS ACCEPTED AT TRAVEL RATE First time travelers accepted 2 Yr EXP Must be open to floating to other campuses Patient Volume/Load: 5 ventilators 6-8 RVU's Rooms: 500 Patient Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents (PREFERRED); Adults, Geriatrics (REQUIRED) Work Setting Experience: ER, PICU (REQUIRED); Adult ICU, NICU (REQUIRED) Respiratory Care Experience: High frequency oscillator, high risk deliveries (PREFERRED); Airway management, medication administration, vent management, ABGs, 02 Therapy, suction, pulmonary toileting, bronchoscopes, nebulizer, BIPAP, CPAP, EKGs (REQUIRED) Ventilators: Draeger, Servo I (REQUIRED) Licenses: ACLS, PALS, RRT (preferred); BLS, NRP, CRTT, WA State Lic (REQUIRED) EPIC SKILLS REQUIRED SCREEN if no NICU experience Call out if NO NRP
