    Job Details
  • Job Overview: RN position in Inpatient Rehab at Lewisgale Medical Center, Salem, Virginia.
  • Unit: Main 4E, 35 beds, patient ratios 5-7:1.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have Med/Surg or PCU experience.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Virginia state nursing license required.
  • Rehab experience preferred.
    Schedule Information
  • 12-hour shifts, every other weekend.
  • Floating policy: may be floated to other Med Surg departments.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit staffing description: Techs per census, usually 2-4.
  • Type of equipment: Vitals machine, Baxter IV pumps, SCDs, Bladder scanner.
  • Documentation system: Meditech.
    Additional Details
  • Opportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team including Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiatrist, Physician Assistant, and Neuropsychologist.
  • Dress Code: Navy blue or white solid scrubs.
