• What is the work schedule for this position? 5 days/week. Flexibility is available.

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Facility Setting? LTACH

• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No

• Number of beds in your facility? 25

• Preferred experience level? Familiar w/ trachs/vents, dysphasia, swallow, oral, and cognition

• EMR for your facility: Wellsky, Kronos, Net Health

• Scrub colors / dress code: Black scrubs

• Parking Location: Free parking. northwest side of the building

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted ND License

• Active BLS certification

• Years of Experience: At least 1 year

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
