Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contacting hotels regarding virtual pay problems and discrepancies
- Generating and issuing itineraries, invoices, and confirmations via proprietary systems
- Learning GDS Systems to aid in support for basic commands and workflows
- Providing administrative assistance to the Travel Advisor team
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Experience within a travel environment or GDS knowledge a plus but not required
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- 1-2 years in a customer support, helpdesk or client facing role
- Great problem solver
- Expert Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility with schedule
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects or tasks
- Strong attention to detail
