Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Treasury Teams control and monitor all activities and systems involving management of cashresources. They oversee corporate cash management and credit administration, maintaining externalcommunication with pertinent fi nancial institutions. The Treasury Teams administer business insurance programs,stock programs, and profi t sharing plans. They also manage cash accounts and invests available funds.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to be part of the corporate Treasury or FP&A team within TE Connectivity'sCorporate Finance department. The specifi c department will be fi nalized prior to the employment date. TheTreasury team provides support in cash management, capital planning, corporate fi nance, retirement planmanagement, hedging, and capital markets. The FP&A team provides support to executive management throughinsightful analysis of enterprise fi nancial impacts.

Analysts are expected to perform complex fi nancial analyses and operational tasks and deliver intelligence toFinance leadership.Sample responsibilities possibly include:

• Perform various hedging related tasks including researching fi nancial exposures due to FX, commodities,interest rates, or equities and perform approved hedging activities as well deliver reports.
• Perform various cash management tasks including liquidity positioning, short-term investing, sharerepurchasing, counterparty monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
• Assist in administration of global retirement plans.
• Participate in operational effi ciency projects.
• Perform sophisticated analysis, modeling and reporting.

What your background should look like:

• MBA degree from a top 20 ranking university
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience with Corporate Finance and Accounting experience in a complexmultinational corporation strongly preferred
• Profi ciency in Hyperion, business intelligence tools, Excel, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and SAP, a plus
• Self-starter with ability to perform independent work and research
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Track record of demonstrated progressive leadership potential through academic, work, and/or communityactivities
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with an emphasis on strategic thinking, teamwork, andresults-driven implementation
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) and comfort working across all levelsof the organization
• Acute attention to detail

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $107,760 - 161,640 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
