We are seeking a Treasury Analyst SR to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers. The Treasury Team is responsible for providing liquidity, managing efficiently the working capital, controlling the financial risks and  optimizing the company’s cost of capital and operational costs and has a relevant stake in FX Efficiency actions within EBANX with great impacts on the Company's results. You can be part of this team and help us with our operations worldwide.

You will also be responsible for:

• Analyze and monitor FX exposure sources (financial and operational flows);
• Identify the risks arising from FX variation and promote actions to mitigate them;
• Contract derivative instruments with the purpose of FX risks protection;
• Control and report of all the Company's derivative activities, providing inputs for accounting and hedge accounting;
• Monitoring market risk limits for EBANX activities, including stress test, scenario analysis, VaR, FX exposure;
• Develop treasury risk map reports;
• Evaluate the impact of new products in the ALM activities;
• Develop pricing metrics for financial instruments and risk measures;
• Analyze the macroeconomic scenario to control the capital structure, investments, and cost of funds;
• Interfaces with finance operations and risk management teams to ensure that we comply with corporate policies and are consistent with EBANX strategy.

Main requirements for this position:

• Experience in Treasury, Market Risk or ALM;
• Solid knowledge in finance, focusing on fx exposure and hedging processes;
• Expertise in derivative instruments applicable in different countries;
• Strong quantitative skills, comfortable managing large amounts of data;
• Work as a team cohesively and have good transit between different areas;
• Dynamism;
• Efficient in Microsoft Excel and VBA;
• Advanced English;
• Be proactive and curious.

• Results Driven;
• A professional designation like CGA, CNPI, CFA - or in the process of completion;
• Experience in SQL, R, Python, Alteryx;
• Intermediary Spanish.
