We are a rapidly growing fintech startup in Zambia with ambitious plans to revolutionize B2B payments, cash management, and savings. We're seeking a talented and motivated CPA Accountant to join our founding team and build a world-class accounting department from the ground up.

What you'll do:

• Be the accounting rockstar: Establish robust control protocols, manage bank reconciliations, and conduct audits, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Report directly to the CFO: Provide insightful financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to fuel strategic decision-making.

Who you are:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 4+ years of experience in a similar fast-paced environment.
• Fintech experience preferred: Understand the unique challenges and opportunities of this dynamic industry.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in leading accounting software and eager to explore emerging technologies.
• Communication master: Exceptional written and verbal English skills for clear and concise reporting.
