Approximately 50–60% of your time will be spent traveling outside your local market. • Travel iscompany-paid, and adventures are guaranteed. Is This You? Your Day-to-Day • Install custom components—closets, cabinetry, trim, millwork—you name it. • Patch, paint, and perfect your way through renovations and repairs. • Maintain a clean, safe work environment (your future self will thank you). • Keep customers in the loop with a warm, professional presence. • Track your progress, report field issues, and help us improve future installs. • Collaborate with the scheduling team and stay flexible as projects evolve. What You Bring to the Table • 3+ years of construction or carpentry experience preferred. • Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and all the stuff in between. • Comfort with reading blueprints and layouts. • Experience in millwork, cabinetry, trim, closet installation, or renovations. • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move confidently in various work environments. • Working knowledge of safety best practices (OSHA or RRP Certification is a bonus—or get certified with us!). • A knack for juggling tasks and staying cool under pressure.
