Trouble Shooting Engineer

You as a Trouble Shooting Engineer will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the successful execution of our diverse troubleshooting cases starting with the customer inquiry until the successful completion of site works (leakages, flashovers, exchange actions, offering overhauls and many more).
• During the project execution, you will define and successfully manage all project milestones and ensure the on-time delivery of our products and monitor the technical solution.
• In case of deviations, you will proactively initiate the appropriate actions to bring the project back on track.
• create and identify the MOS, Material and tools required for troubleshooting with cooperation with other team members.
• Provide a Technical support/training/site assessment for field service engineers included site support incase if it is required.
• to support the sales and proactively identifies potential equipment failures and suggests proactive corrective and systemic actions. Troubleshoots high complex equipment failure and makes recommendations and systems to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
• With your commercial experience you will successfully manage the contract with the customer and support the selection of suppliers for special products in align with project management and as required.
• Contributes to higher customer satisfaction by ensuring high complex service work according to customer expectations. Interacts with customer to provide customized solutions. Creates and maintains excellent relationship with customers and molds their needs. Creates new sales

• You bring with you a combination of technical education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and commercial training.
• Project management certification is highly desired.
• Technical Experience for high voltage troubleshooting and customer support.
• To be successful in this job you require excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ideally, you have experience in SAP as well as product knowledge in GIS.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic language is required.
