Gotham Companiesis seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our expanding team of UAS Assessors. This is a fulfilling opportunity to significantly impact the lives of individuals requiring long-term care services.
About the Role:
As a UAS Nurse Assessor, you will conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals eligible for Long-Term Care Services, ensuring strict adherence to all NYS regulations and guidelines. Your expertise will empower clients and their families to make informed decisions about their care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough UAS initial and reassessments.
• Ensure meticulous compliance with all NYS regulations, including Medicaid/Medicare and MLTC plans.
• Accurately document assessments and efficiently enter data into the UAS platform.
• Provide clear and supportive education to clients and their families.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of UAS protocols and best practices.
• Conduct in-person assessments in client homes and facilities.

Qualifications:
• Unencumbered New York State RN license and valid NYS identification.
• Must have an active UAS User ID number (required).
• Minimum 2 year of UAS/home care assessment experience (required).
• Familiarity with MLTC and Medicaid/Medicare plans.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
• Fluency in Korean or Chinese (required).
• Experience with UAS evaluation forms and QA tools (e.g., Lenavi & QAS) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining current certifications.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule.

Pay: $200.00 - $2,500.00 per week
