About the Job
We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing designs that enhance user experience. This role involves working closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to develop and implement UI designs for websites and mobile applications, as well as creating engaging animations for various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for websites and mobile applications, including interaction design, and refine based on business feedback.
• Create animations to enhance user experience, including interaction and special effects animations for digital platforms.
• Develop animated advertisements, focusing on product interaction, special effects, and brand promotion to boost engagement and click-through rates.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency with business goals.
• Manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality designs on time and maintaining project schedules.
• Stay updated on design industry trends and new technologies, including AI tools (e.g., Midjourney), and apply them to enhance project outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in UI design, prefer from fintech/bank or related finance industry
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and After Effects (AE).
• Strong expertise in graphic and interaction design for web and mobile platforms, with knowledge of user experience design principles and standards.
• Proven ability to independently manage and complete projects, with a keen awareness of market trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in animation production is preferred. A portfolio is required.
