What you’ll achieve
As a UI/UX Developer you will be part of our highly dynamic and innovative Digital Solution team, dedicated to creating cutting-edge mobile applications that cater to the ever-evolving needs of our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for both designing and developing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our healthcare applications. You will have the opportunity to exercise creative freedom, driving innovation while ensuring our applications are accessible, engaging, and easy to use.
You will:

Design and wireframe engaging, accessible, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile healthcare apps.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to create seamless user experiences.

Collaborate with the Scrum master to create tickets for the DevOps agile process.

Translate user requirements into intuitive, interactive, and responsive designs.

Analyse feedback and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction and engagement.

Essential Requirements
-
Experience in UI/UX development, with a portfolio showcasing your best work, including responsive web and mobile applications.

Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems.

Ability to think creatively, independently, and innovate within the constraints of a regulated industry.

The candidate must be a self-motivated team player and eager to continually develop themselves.

Good communicator, able to discuss requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
