Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver clear, compelling messages aligned with our purpose, behaviours, strategy, and transformation.
• Innovative Communication: Enhance internal communication channels and lead the delivery of UK-wide in-person and virtual events.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring our communication strategy aligns with Group objectives.
• Crisis Management: Lead the UK communications response in any crisis or business continuity situation.
• Team Development: Manage and develop a direct report, fostering their growth and progression.
