UK - Sales Director (Remote - Midlands)

We are looking for a Sales Director for our UK team to manage the Sales team in achieving new business growth in a thriving market. 

Responsibilities

• Increase growth rates by acquiring new clients and establishing long-term commercial partnerships with key customers 
• Manage the country's new deals pipeline, which includes creating and implementing customized solutions/value propositions to address market needs, actively engaging in negotiations, and ensuring profitability targets are met
• Develop scalable processes across the client lifecycle, covering Lead Generation, Sales, Onboarding, and Retention
• Lead and develop a high performing team able to achieve the company's objectives through flawless execution

You have…

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of solid sales experience in the Temporary Staffing sector and at least 5 years building and managing a high-performing sales team
• Proven sales performance record in B2B with long sales cycle and large contract tickets in highly regulated/complex sector
• Experience in driving results in an agile and hands-on environment

• MBA or other advanced degree
