Duties: • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals involved. • Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations. • Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to identify potential security breaches. • Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports, logs, and daily activity reports. • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed. • Participate in training programs and drills to enhance skills and readiness. Requirements: • Active Level 2 or 3 License • Guard Card in Hand • Valid DL/ID • De-escalation • Customer Service - 1 year • Security Experience - 2 years • Taser trained About the Company: Founded in 2008,VSA is a nationwide security firm managed and staffed by veterans for veterans with the purpose of providing former military and law enforcement officers a stable and rewarding means of employment for transitioning into the private sector.
