Urgent Care Physician - Full-Time

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Physicians with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers.  Full-time, Per Diem and Weekend schedules are available in our Bellmore center which is open Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday/Sunday 7am - 5pm.

Physician (M.D./D.O.) Pay Range: $120/hour - $150/hour (specialty training and experience based range)

  Additionally, we have two Excellent Bonus Program (for fulltime or part-time):
• Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
• Quarterly Bonus of up to 5% on top of your clinical base salary, based upon patient satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.

Minimum Required Qualifications: 

• Physicians: BC in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Emergency Medicine
• 1-2 years experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
