Position Summary...
Be an integral part of expanding and improving Walmart's US Supply Chain network. As a Project Manager, you will oversee IT infrastructure and application projects, playing a crucial role in building new Distribution and Fulfillment Centers. Collaborating with Global Tech, Construction, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure all Walmart customers benefit from a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
No project is too big or too small for us. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that remodel and refresh existing Supply Chain buildings and implement advanced life safety technology enhancements. Working closely with Global Tech teams to expand your technology knowledge and contribute to the implementation of cutting-edge technologies in our new Distribution and Fulfillment centers.

What you'll do...
About Team:
On the Item and Inventory team, we ensure our customers get their orders when and where they want them, in a frictionless, predictable manner. What's more, we create reusable SaaS products and services that manage our catalog and power end-to-end inventory management, including replenishment, fulfillment, and transportation. With end-to-end inventory management, from replenishment and fulfillment to transportation, we give our drivers and partners the tools they need to get the right items to customers on time and in the right packaging.
What you'll do:
- Manage multiple projects of various scope size supporting stores, clubs and distribution centers implementing Global Tech infrastructure and applications.
- Developing and maintaining a project schedule to track milestones and manage project risk.
- Driving the projects through major milestones following a Global Tech technology design to a successful completion.
- Host regular meetings with project stakeholders to facilitate generation of regular updates.
- Providing regular verbal and written updates to project stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
- Provide project related support to engaged project teams by developing project resource plans.
- Manage project timeline impacts by collaborating with affected teams providing mitigation plans and driving their implementation.
- Manage project budgets, including forecasts, spent tracking, PO creation and invoice completion.
- Perform a root cause analysis after an impacting issue and develop action plans to address the issue.
- Defining and implementing long-term process changes by applying lessons learned from implemented projects.
- Build relationships with teams engaged on the projects.
- Seek continuous improvement opportunities and actively share your knowledge with others.

- Flexibility to support multiple issues when necessary.
- Working schedule flexibility is expected due to responsibilities that may require occasional evening and weekend work.
- Experience using MS Project and Jira to manage projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
