We’re seeking a full-time User Acquisition Manager to join our Google Marketing Team.

  • Manage and expand performance-based and brand marketing campaigns with high budgets.
  • Create smart ad targeting.
  • Identify and respond to changes in market trends and competition.
  • Work closely with other departments to optimize performance.
  • Find opportunities to grow with new channels.
  • Analyze data and take actions based on your insights.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a User Acquisition Manager on Google Ads
  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics or an equivalent background.
  • Experience in managing global campaigns
  • Experience managing high scale campaigns
  • Outstanding Excel & data analysis skills.
  • High psychometric score - strong advantage.
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Strong collaborator across multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager - advantage.
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels, Meta ads, and other social channels - Advantage.
  • Highly skilled self-learner, eager to master new concepts independently, naturally analytical, and curious.
  • A people-person with strong interpersonal skills who can work as part of a team.
  • Fluent English speaker.
