Anaconda is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your design skills and apply them to the world of data science and machine learning. As our UX Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our public-facing website, landing pages, marketing campaigns, and other top-of-funnel initiatives. It is crucial that you not only possess UX design expertise but also have a deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Â Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that UX design aligns seamlessly with marketing objectives and initiatives.
- Â Utilize your marketing experience to optimize user journeys, enhance user engagement, and drive conversions, including email marketing initiatives tied to the user journey and experience
- Â Â Act as the voice of the user, championing user-centric design principles throughout the design process.
- Â Design, validate, and iterate on concepts based on user feedback, working closely with UX Researchers to gather and interpret user data.
- Â Work collaboratively with the UX team to define and shape the Anaconda experience, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
- Â Align design direction with overall product strategy and apply it effectively to marketing initiatives.
- Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Partner with engineers to implement designs efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless transition from design to development.
- Â Â Translate project requirements into designs that leverage the Anaconda design system, maintaining consistency and scalability across all projects.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of information architecture and product taxonomy, enhancing usability and findability for our users.
- Â Â Identify and address UX problems, including issues related to accessibility, usability, and overall user experience.
- Â Â Â Facilitate communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment and awareness of project goals, progress, and challenges.
What You Need:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on marketing initiatives, including email marketing programs tied to user journeys.
- Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, and optimizing user journeys.
- Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma and Adobe CC.
- Experience working with design systems and translating requirements into designs that leverage existing systems.
- Knowledge of UX best practices, including accessibility standards and principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
