As the Vice President of Demand Generation for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, you will lead and coach a dedicated team of country-focused field marketers and play a strategic role in contributing to our global business growth.

You will be responsible for developing and ensuring successful implementation of demand generation strategies in EMEA to achieve our goals, and working with sales, finance and our EMEA executive team. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight, tactical execution, and leadership skills to effectively drive pipeline growth and revenue for NAVEX.

What you'll do:

  • With both your direct team and centralised marketing functions, oversee the delivery of marketing programmes and campaigns to ensure contribution to pipeline and bookings in line with business targets.
  • Lead, coach and manage a team of regional and country-focused field marketers and other marketing functions to progress their careers, encourage innovation and inspire growth
  • Work with marketing, sales and EMEA leadership to develop regional and country-level go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to ensure alignment of priorities and optimise downstream impact of marketing campaigns
  • Understand key regional drivers, including regulatory developments, and ensure appropriate localisation of campaigns and content across the region
  • Measure, track and report on the effectiveness of activities and provide direction on optimisation and future campaign development based on results.
  • Continue to develop a data-driven and testing mindset on the team

What you'll need:

  • 15+ years of experience in global or multinational B2B demand generation with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS sector
  • Proven track record of delivering lead and pipeline growth through integrated multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital advertising, content marketing, events, and ABM
  • History of working closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales priorities and goals
  • Data and metrics driven mindset to assess campaign performance, generate insights and optimise ROI
  • Experience building, managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of talent development, influence and strategic execution
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust
