Where you fit in:
As Parsyl's VP of Marketing you will design, implement, and monitor effective growth marketing strategies that optimize lead generation and revenue growth. As an expert in the latest marketing trends and technologies, you will know how to efficiently and effectively nurture leads to the point of conversion and will continually iterate and enhance the customer journey. This role will report to Executive Vice President of Growth, working closely with team members in sales, customer success and communications

Ideal candidates have experience leading people and/or teams as well as guiding marketing efforts in different regions globally.
What you'll get to work on:
  • Develop and execute marketing playbooks that guide leads through the full customer journey and result in revenue growth.
  • Attract, convert, create, and retain engaged customers through initiatives such as go to market plans, A/B testing, cross-channel marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Lead and manage existing team of four in executing against cross functional marketing initiatives and campaigns (ie product positioning, digital, paid, email, SEO, referral, field).
  • Own customer segmentation and find cost-effective customer acquisition channels.
  • Elevate and execute on sales enablement strategies and processes
  • Play a key role in measuring marketing success with data-driven metrics as part of Parsyl's Revenue Council.
  • Create and refine marketing collateral including sales decks, digital ads, sell sheets, white papers and case studies with the support of in-house graphic designers.
  • Own planning and budgeting for the marketing department.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience in high-growth, B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Passionate about staying up to date on marketing trends and uncovering new tactics to accelerate growth.
  • Success record in generating qualified sales leads and driving revenue.
  • Expert in marketing technology and tools and well-versed in using data and metrics to make strategic marketing decisions.
  • Obsessively focused on data in your understanding and acquiring of customers and to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in working with and supporting sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, evidenced by strong executive presence and people management experience.
  • Highly collaborative in cross-functional settings in pursuit of shared business goals.
  • Hyper-efficient with resources in order to make the most viable business decisions
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (≤15% a year) in domestic and/or international markets.

  • Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $150,000 - $190,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and location.
