We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor/Cameraman to join our Talent Skilling Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing and producing high-quality video and e-learning content that aligns with our company's goals and objectives. Closely with our content creation team to develop engaging and visually appealing videos that tell compelling stories and capture the attention of our target audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Edit video content to a professional standard, ensuring that it is visually appealing and meets our company's objectives and standards.
• Take ownership of entire video production - Pre production, Production and Post Productions
• Collaborate with the content creation team to develop new ideas and concepts for video content.
• Work with a variety of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci.
• Develop e-Learning Modules using Articulate 360/Rise and Vyond
• Manage and organize raw footage and media assets for easy access and use
• Review and revise video content to ensure that it meets our company's branding guidelines and style.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the quality and impact of our video content.
• Meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of video content.
• We will expect to review your showreel.

Must Have Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
• Experience with video/DSLR cameras in live recording environments and location shooting is a must, as well as an understanding of good studio lighting, audio production as well as live event setups.
• Knowledge of sound editing is a must.
• Experience with following style guides and branding
• Knowledge of video codecs, file formats, and compression techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creative
• Ability to design Mailers, Banners, Wireframes, Powerpoint decks will have an added advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in film and video production, media arts, communication.
• Proficiency in 3D motion graphics.
