VIP, Senior Marketing Manager

VIP SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER, US ORVEDA SKINCARE

US LUXURY - NEW YORK, NY

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.

The individual will be responsible for the development and strengthening of our VIP connections for Orveda skincare. The candidate will be responsible for identifying key partners within the ultra-high net worth community, potential friends of the house and thought leaders within fashion, art and design. This individual will also build programs that are relevant to these communities to drive engagement and interest in the brand.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

VIP Strategy

• Contribute to development of 3-year VIP strategy
• Forge and nurture organic VIP/UHNW relationships to build word-of-mouth and authentic brand advocates
• Collaborate and support on influencer and celebrity strategy with in-house Communications Team
• Keep weekly track of VIP connections and outreach
• Create programs to engage the target VIP consumer
• Work in close partnership with Global and Local Marketing teams (based in Paris and New York City)
• Perform competitive analyses
• Constantly analyze risks and opportunities
• Identify strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, i.e. contemporary art to help amplify brand positioning

Budgeting

• Build a budget for all programming, track and manage to ensure we stay within guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• 5+ years relevant work experience in marketing
• Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
• Must already have high-network relationships (celebrities, philanthropists, etc.) in beauty market
• Knowledge in all areas of marketing (programs development, media planning including digital, market analysis, market research, P&L management, marketing plans development) and project management skills.
• Very strong commercial mindset and business acumen with deep analytical skills.
• Very strong attention to detail: the ideal candidate will love digging into details
• Strong knowledge of US beauty & skincare environment - luxury in particular, (competitive brands, retail environment, digital activations).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• NPD Market Research, MS Office (proficient in Excel and PowerPoint).

Base Salary Range: $130,000-$145,000 + bonus
