We are seeking a skilled and innovative Visual Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional design solutions while overseeing the entire design process. In this role, you will manage design projects from concept to completion, create original marketing and website assets, and ensure high-quality deliverables across all design initiatives. You will be responsible for mentoring junior designers, reviewing their work, and maintaining brand consistency across various channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in visual design, layout techniques, and marketing execution, coupled with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Oversee all design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

• Design original creative for web and marketing use.

• Refine and enhance images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.

• Generate innovative ideas to effectively portray concepts and advertise products/services.

• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all marketing projects.

• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive execution and timely completion of projects.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep our designs forward-thinking.

• Review and critique the work of junior designers, providing feedback to ensure the highest design standards.

• Increase user-friendliness in digital products through thoughtful design and UX principles.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field

• 5+ years of experience in visual design

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (knowledge of Shopify, HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire a creative team.

• Proven track record of producing high-quality, impactful design work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent conceptual and presentation skills, with experience in leading design discussions and delivering strategic solutions.
