At our branch in Barcelona, we are looking for you! A Visual Designer who wants to be part of a tightly knit team, working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industry- shaping design and strategy solutions to businesses both in Spain and worldwide.

Do what you love

As a Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging designs across various platforms based on creative briefs and client meetings.

• Design Creation: Create visually appealing designs for a variety of supports and channels, including websites, mobile apps, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and presentations for clients.
• Branding: Develop and maintain a strong visual identity, ensuring consistency across all visual elements for a diverse range of clients
• Motion and illustration skills: Experience creating video pieces and illustration assets. It doesn't require a professional; mid-level expertise is sufficient.
• User Interface (UI) Design: Have basic knowledge of creating intuitive and user- friendly interfaces for digital products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, and operations manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Research: Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.

What makes us curious

• At least 3+ years of professional design experience, specifically with a focus on visual design and branding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• A proactive approach and a problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and Figma for digital design
• Hands-on when needed, with proficiency in sketching, visualizing, animating, and employing visual design techniques such as value proposition development and concept creation
