SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary VP of Marketing to join our team and lead our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including branding, product marketing, content marketing, PR, print marketing, catalog production and social media. You will also work closely with the sales, product, and PR teams to align marketing goals with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that covers branding, positioning, messaging, and value proposition for our products and services.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget and allocate resources across different channels and campaigns.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team that can execute various marketing initiatives and deliver results.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns and activities and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, media, and influencers.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Auction house experience is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to executive leadership.
  • Proven experience in budget management, with the ability to allocate resources effectively to meet marketing goals.
  • Understanding of current marketing and advertising techniques, including social media campaigns, catalog, magazine
  • Knowledgeable with current trends in digital design, development, and communication technologies

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Must be able to effectively manage and motivate a team of account executives and art directors.
