About the role:

As VP of Product, you will be responsible for setting the product roadmap and direction, as well as developing the strategic plan for Orca Security's portfolio. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and become a member of our executive team.

On a typical day you'll:

• Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products.
• Provides leadership in support of the design, development, and implementation of products and services.
• Internalize and represent the customers' voice throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform the success of each release and plan iterations accordingly.
• Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision.
• Work with RND teams to plan and execute the product.
• Builds, develops, and manages a product management team capable of carrying out needed product strategies.

About you:

• You have successfully shaped product strategy at a senior leadership level, driving innovative security solutions for the B2B SaaS market.
• Led the development of major cybersecurity products, addressing security challenges while ensuring strong product and design principles.
• Strong inbound and outbound leadership, leveraging customer feedback and data to inform product design and strategy for market success.
• Skilled at addressing complex security issues, with a focus on designing products that meet both functional and strategic needs.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructures and the associated security vulnerabilities, with a focus on secure architecture, risk mitigation, and compliance – an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, combining technical expertise with a strong grasp of product design to drive innovation.
