Job Description

What will you do?

  • Lay-out design and modifications of production and warehouse lines.
  • Optimisation of internal and external logistics flows, line supply and dispatch, as well as automation of warehouse management.
  • Development of new warehouse lines or modification of existing ones.
  • Definition of the assembly process and adjustment of the timing of internal logistics flows.
  • Implementing and controlling all the necessary actions to ensure the supply to the production lines.
  • Daily monitoring of incidents arising in the Production Lines from a logistical point of view.
  • Resolution of problems arising in the systems that manage the supply of the lines (SAP, E-KANBAN, KITTING...).
  • Participation in different working groups in order to provide solutions to new specific customer needs or for the development of new product ranges.
  • Controlling aspects of Safety and Ergonomics in the work stations.
  • Management of the necessary investments for the actions of the previous point.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Education: desirable Organisation/Industrial Engineering/Industrial Design.
  • Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, MRP, safety and manoeuvre stocks, logistics methodologies (Kanban, Kitting, order point).
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Experience in Design and Industrialisation of Manufacturing and Warehouse Lines, as well as automation of warehouse management.
  • Quality Management.
  • AMFEs.
  • SAP (MM, PP, WMS)
  • CAD
  • Safety and Ergonomics knowledge.
  • Previous experience: 3-4 years.


Others:

Decision-making, negotiation skills, teamwork, conflict and supplier management, concern for new technologies.
