Warehouse Warehandler Loader 

Location:  Brownwood, TX
Opportunity: Responsible for operating a forklift and accurately loading, identifying and recording ware as directed and handling and distributing items received.
Shift: B - Rotating 12 hour shift
Pay Ranges:$20.82 - $24.84

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Picks ware from warehouse location for shipment on LTL, common carrier, or Kohler Fleet transfer.
Loads product into truck with correct placement to avoid breakage, damage or loss.
Receives A-1 ware from Packing Departments into warehouse locator system.
Receives and delivers materials from outside suppliers to respective departments or persons.

Keeps equipment in good working condition and advises supervision when repairs or
maintenance is necessary.
Practices good safety and housekeeping rules.
Performs daily cycle counts as directed by supervision.
Performs duties using either a standup forklift or a sit-down forklift.
Performs all duties as assigned by supervision.

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma is desirable.
· Previous experience is beneficial, but not required.
· Must have good record keeping skills.
· Requires long periods of standing and repetitive climbing on and off the fork truck.
· Heavy, repetitive lifting required.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Work some holidays as regular workdays.
· Work all scheduled overtime.
· Must be able to distinguish between shades of colors.
· Must be able to pass forklift training for standup and sit-down forklifts to receive the necessary licensing to perform job duties.
