Weekend News Anchor - Weekday MMJ

KVAL has an opening for a full time Weekend News Anchor/Weekday MMJ. In this role, you will be required to anchor/produce the weekend newscasts and report three days a week. It's important to have strong anchoring, reporting, writing and producing skills.

Skills and Experience:

• Live TV anchoring and reporting skills
• A self-starter who can generate story ideas on a daily basis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain an active social media presence to build your brand and get original story ideas

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous anchoring and live shot experience
• Degree in Journalism or related field
