WEEKEND WARRIOR POSITION!

Schedule: 4 out of 6 weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

At Henry Ford – GoHealth Urgent Care, we look for stellar Physician Assistants, who have a minimum of one year experience in either an urgent care or emergency medicine setting, treating all ages (6 months and up) for future openings.    

• Flexible scheduling –average of 14 rotating shifts/month
• Work in state-of-the-art centers that are equipped with advanced technology, including an EMR (EPIC) that is fully integrated with Henry Ford.
• Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays.
• Make diagnoses and prescribe treatments/medications.
• Competitive compensation and robust benefits package (for fulltime employees) include; health, 403(b), PTO and CME as an employee of Henry Ford Heath System.
• Excellent Bonus programs:
  • Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
  • Quarterly Bonus of up to 10% on top of your clinical base salary, based upon patient satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.  

• Minimum of 1 year of fulltime experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting as a PA is required
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
