Workday Financial Systems Administrator

What you’ll do: 

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday. Other job-related duties include:

• Responsibility for secure administration of our ERP Finance Systems, primarily on Workday Financials.
• Responsibility for all business process configurations, testing, and deployment for our ERP-Finance systems, while ensuring data integrity.
• Leveraging the ERP system, refine existing processes, and identify ways for the Finance organization to automate processes.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams from Accounting, Finance, People Operations, Legal, IT, and directors ensuring accurate utilization of Workday modules, including but not limited to: Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Business Assets, Integrations, and Finance Security.
• Proactively maintain Workday data integrity through audits and queries.
• Administering security, reporting, Business Process and strategic vision of the workday Platform.
• Providing Workday support for the accounting and finance department. Build and prepare data sets, statistical and data reports, and applications to support Finance and Accounting, executives and other department managers, as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• 5+ years of professional experience in the implementation of ERP-Finance Systems is required. 
• 3+ years of comprehensive experience using Workday Finance is required. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field of study OR 6 years of related business experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials including Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Business Assets, Integrations, and Security.

• Experience with Workday HCM
• Previous roles in a high growth, tech environment is highly desired.
• An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
• Global systems experience and support is desired.
